Fettuccine Alfredo


Fettuccine Alfredo

1/2 c. butter
2 T. flour
1/2 t. minced garlic
2 c. heavy cream
1 c. Parmesan cheese (I actually like the Kraft powdered for this!)
1 lb. fettuccine noodles, cooked and drained

Melt butter, add flour and cook one minute. Add cream and heat, but don't quite boil. Add Parmesan and cook until softened. Serve over noodles. Even better, serve with spaghetti sauce and Alfredo sauce together!
