Rolls

The Best Rolls Ever

1 c. milk
5 T. butter, melted
1 egg
1/4 c. sugar
1 t. salt
3 c. bread flour
2 t. yeast (or one packet)

Put ingredients in the bread maker in the order listed. Run machine through the "dough" cycle.

Shape dough into 12 balls and tuck under edges. Place in greased muffin tin, cover and let rise on top of warming oven for one hour (or two hours on counter top). Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 10 to 13 minutes.
