Alfredo Sauce

1 stick butter
1/4 to 1/2 clove garlic, finely minced
2 Tbs. Flour
2 c. heavy cream
1 c. grated Parmesan (powdered Kraft in a can works well for this)

Melt butter together with garlic in a medium saucepan. Add flour and cook together for one minute. Add cream and Parmesan and cook until heated, but do not boil. Serve immediaty. If it starts to separate, heat gently while stirring continuously.
